Main Street runs on.

What we do

From formation to exit.

One flat price per project, quoted before work begins — or one subscription that covers the running questions.

Formation & structure

LLCs and corporations formed properly — operating agreements, bylaws, issuances, and the records banks and buyers ask for.

Contracts

Drafting and review of the agreements your business lives on — services, sales, NDAs, MSAs, licensing.

Commercial leases

Review and negotiation before you sign the biggest contract most small businesses ever take on.

Employment documents

CA-compliant handbooks, contractor agreements, and classification advice that keeps you out of trouble.

Buying & selling a business

Asset deals from LOI through closing, priced flat so the fees don't eat the deal.

General counsel subscription

A monthly plan: unlimited calls, contract reviews, and priority flat rates on everything else.

Flat fees

One price, agreed before we start.

Every engagement is a flat fee in writing — no hourly billing, no retainers, no surprise invoices. You pay once by ACH or card when you sign, and you know exactly what each phase costs before it begins. Serving Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much does a business lawyer cost for a small business?

Our work is flat-fee per project — formation, a contract, a lease review each has one written price, paid once. The general counsel subscription covers ongoing needs for a fixed monthly amount.

Do I really need a lawyer to form an LLC?

You can file articles yourself — but the protection comes from the operating agreement, proper issuances, and clean records. DIY formations are a large share of the cleanup work we do.

Should a lawyer review my commercial lease?

Yes — it's likely your largest long-term obligation, and landlord forms are written entirely for the landlord. Personal guarantees, CAM charges, and assignment clauses are where businesses get hurt.

What does the general counsel subscription include?

Unlimited calls with a lawyer, two contract reviews a month, and priority flat rates on everything else — month to month, cancel anytime.
